About Face of Murang'a Initiative
Who We Are
The Future Has a Face.
Face of Murang'a Initiative is a county-based youth empowerment and recognition platform built on three flagship programmes: the Mr & Miss Face of Murang'a County pageant, the Face of Murang'a Big Conversation civic forum, and the Face of Murang'a County Awards.
Our vision is to become Kenya's leading county-based youth empowerment and recognition platform. Our mission is to identify, develop and celebrate outstanding individuals while creating platforms that inspire leadership, accountability, innovation and opportunity.
All three programmes converge at the County Grand Finale on 12 December 2026 at Murang'a — a celebration of talent, leadership and excellence across Murang'a County.

Face of Murang'a Initiative brings together a pageant, a civic forum, and a public awards programme — all converging at one Grand Finale.

Mr & Miss Face of Murang'a County
A talent and leadership pageant touring all 7 constituencies, crowning 11 category winners per constituency who advance to the County Grand Finale.

The Big Conversation
A civic leadership forum bringing MPs, aspiring candidates, and youth representatives together for moderated dialogue on employment, entrepreneurship, education and governance ahead of the 2027 elections.

Face of Murang'a County Awards
Public nomination (nominations Sep 1, 2026–Sep 12, 2026) and online voting (Sep 13–Oct 13, 2026) across 36 categories recognising community, education, healthcare, business, creative-industry, agriculture and public-service excellence.
